Required application documents for undergraduate studies
1. Application form (received upon applying - specific to each faculty)
2. High School Diploma (original /equivalent) or certificate issued by the graduate`s high school; the latter must include the general grade average, grade averages for each academic year, data about its validity, as well as the fact that the original diploma has not yet been issued. In case a candidate applies for an additional university/faculty place, the original diploma/equivalent shall be replaced by copies of the aforementioned, in addition to the application ID (copy) received from the first university/faculty the candidate has applied for.
3. Transcript of records/Academic record - original and copy (the High School Diploma must be accompanied by a transcript of records and the certificate by the academic record).
4. Birth certificate (copy and original).
5. Marriage certificate (copy and original), if applicable.
6. Documents attesting a name change, if applicable.
7 ID copy.
8. A medical certificate that attests the candidate`s general health. ATTN: The Faculty of Physical Education and Sport requires a special medical attestation, indicating the candidate`s physical compatibility with the chosen specialization (i.e. Fit for Physical education and Sport)
9. 2 ID sized photos
10. A file folder + plastic sleeve.
11. High School diploma + Transcript of Records /Academic Record or Certificate + Academic Record attesting previously completed undergraduate studies – if applicable.
Students enrolled in study programmes that are provisionally accredited or authorized to function within domestic institutions of higher education (private or public) can elect to further their studies with AVU (2nd , 3rd or 4th year of studies) if they undergo the admission process for the same study programme or a study programme within the same academic field; interested parties should lodge a request for being accepted into a superior academic year based on transferable credits already accrued.

AVU 2020 - Graduate studies

4. Undergraduate diploma + Transcript of Records (original). 2019 graduates may lodge a certificate indicating the applicant`s grade average for each academic year as well as the general grade average for the diploma examination.
5. Birth certificate (copy and original).
6. Marriage certificate (copy and original), if applicable.
7. Documents attesting a name change, if applicable
